It's a pretty bad system that allows sellers to be protected from bad reviews. So basically I am unable to use my points because, the seller, will not ship and Rakuten won't let me rate the seller unless they ship it.
1) Rakuten gave me the same message "we contacted seller,, and they will contact their warehouse" 2) they, Rakuten, will not let me rate the seller until they have shipped the item but they seem like they don't want to ship it. I also contacted Rakuten directly to see if they could get the item shipped or allow me to review the seller. In 4 different emails they have said "we are checking with our warehouse, they have not gotten back to us." It does not take over a week to communicate between a customer service rep and the warehouse. Original Review 11/4/19: I just placed an order 2 weeks ago (10/21/19) using my points from Rakuten and UnBeateableSale, the seller, has not shipped the item. It is unethical and the worst way to treat a customer. I will not give a fake fraudulent review. The next day they say they will give me a refund after I give them a 5 star review. Instead they requested that I confirm my address so they can reship. I asked for a refund since they got the product back. After a few days I checked the tracking number to see that the product was returned to their warehouse.
